Tat'Yana Worthy, RN, DNP
Tat'Yana Worthy is a chemotherapy and biotherapy certified nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience in areas of hematology, stem cell transplant and oncology. She earned a Bachelor of Nursing from Georgetown University, as well as a Master and Doctorate of Nursing from Walden University. She is a trained specialty infusion nurse with a passion for helping others achieve a sense of health and wellness.
Sonia Bellfield, RN, MSN, CMBP, OCN
Sonia Bellfield is an Oncology Certified Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Virginia and her Master of Nursing Education at Georgetown University. Sonia has vast experience with inpatient, outpatient, and home infusions since the start of her career in 2002. She is also certified in chemotherapy/biotherapy administration and Medical Billing Services. Education is her passion whether it is nurses or the patients she serves.
Melanie Cradle, RN, BSN, OCN
Melanie Cradle is an Oncology Certified Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Nursing at Hampton University in 2019. Melanie has a wide range of skills and experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home health nursing. She holds national certifications in Chemotherapy and Biotherapy (OCN), Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Melanie is passionate about patient care; she is committed to enhancing health and wellness through compassionate evidence-based nursing.
Shirl Compere, RN, BSN, OCN
Shirl Compere, RN, is a chemotherapy-certified registered nurse with over six years of clinical experience, specializing in oncology and infusion therapies. She is a graduate of Georgia State University and Chamberlain University and is currently pursuing her Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP) degree.
Shirl is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, grounded in dignity, empathy, and respect. Her dedication to oncology nursing reflects a deep commitment to supporting patients and their families through complex and often challenging healthcare experiences, ensuring they remain informed, supported, and cared for throughout the continuum of treatment.
